What is Pokémon TCG Pocket?

Pokémon TCG Pocket is an official Pokémon card mobile game published by The Pokémon Company, launched in October 2024. Players can collect digital Pokémon cards, open booster packs, build competitive decks, and engage in strategic card battles on their phones anytime, anywhere. It brings the beloved Pokémon Trading Card Game experience to a new generation of mobile players.




What is Poké Gold, and what is it used for?

Poké Gold is a premium currency in Pokémon TCG Pocket. It is mainly used to purchase Poké Gold Shop items, restore pack stamina (allowing you to open more booster packs without waiting), buy cosmetic items such as card sleeves, playmats, and coin designs, as well as obtain exclusive limited-time bundles and promotional content offered in the in-game shop.


How does this top-up work?

This is a login-assisted top-up service. The TOPUPLive customer service team will use the credentials you provide to log into your Pokémon TCG Pocket account on your behalf, purchase the selected items directly in the in-game shop, then immediately log out and clear all login records. You will be notified once the process is complete.




Which login methods are supported?

Only Nintendo Account and Google account logins are supported. Apple ID is currently not supported. If your account is currently linked only to Apple ID, please link a Nintendo or Google account to your Pokémon TCG Pocket profile before placing an order.




What information do I need to prepare before purchasing?

Please have the following information ready before placing your order:


  • Your login method (Nintendo Account or Google account)

  • Your account password

  • Your user ID (which can be found in the game settings or profile page)



    • After payment, if you are using a Google account, you may also need to promptly provide our customer service with the Google verification code. Please stay reachable after completing payment.


    What are the specific steps after completing payment?

    Here is the specific process:


    1.You place an order on CFC Shop and complete payment.

    2.You provide your account login details and user ID to customer service.

    3.The CFC Shop team logs into your game account and purchases the selected products in-game.

    4.After the purchase is complete, the team logs out and clears all login records from your account.

    5.You receive a completion notification, after which you can log in to verify that your Poké Gold or items have arrived.



    Can I log into the game while the top-up is being processed?

    No. Please do not log into the game while the top-up is in progress. Logging in simultaneously may cause conflicts, which could interrupt or cause the process to fail. After receiving confirmation that the top-up is complete, it is strongly recommended that you change your account password immediately as an additional security measure.
