Question 1

How fast is delivery for Tiles Survive top-ups?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is fast because we support Self-TopUp: you log in to your game account through Self-TopUp and redeem the package you purchased within the game. For smoother delivery, redeem the package in the relevant store (e.g., redeem 100 Waypoints in the Waypoints Store).

Question 2

Is topping up Tiles Survive safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. With Self-TopUp you log in to your own game account and redeem the purchased package yourself in-game, so no third party needs access to your account. Using your FunPlus ID makes the process faster and smoother.

Question 3

How do I top up Tiles Survive on your store?

Accepted Answer

Choose the Self-TopUp option, complete your purchase, then log in to your game account through Self-TopUp and redeem the package in the corresponding in-game store. Make sure you redeem the exact package you bought in its matching store.

Question 4

Can I get a refund if I bought the wrong package or can't redeem it?

Accepted Answer

Please contact our support team before redeeming anything if you think you purchased the wrong package. Once a package has been redeemed in-game, refunds are generally not possible, so double-check your selection at checkout.

Question 5

Which region and platform are supported?

Tiles Survive top-ups work on the Mobile platform and the International Server only. Other servers and platforms are not supported.
